this person beloiw is just sounds angry...substanciate. – Since very often the anonymous reviews written on citysearch (and other similar sites) are often written by a competitor or a person with personal vendetta, with the sole intention of harming a company's reputation. Terrible customer service – Very disappointed by both quality of what was delivered and lack of courtesy when I contacted them about the substitution that they made to my order. This was a special gift for friends who had been through a very difficult time, and a tacky arrangement was sent instead of the azalea I had ordered.
