Dr. Murray made a comment which really threw me as I expected him to be a true optical professional. He said, "Wow! You really ARE blind." Yes, my prescription does have a high index, but I have never seen such unprofessionalism. Additionally, one of his staff attempted to test the pressure in my eyes and had not been properly trained. I have picked up glasses twice, have had problems twice. First, wrong lenses. Second, not the frame I ordered in width. The ones I tried on fit nicely with plenty of space. This pair I have in my hands do not fit on my head. They stretch out past flush to fit and every component on the frames are loose. I do not understand this as I was told it was the same frame I tried on. It is very apparent that it is not. Wife also ordered glasses from here, crumbled in her hand on day 2.
