We had a HORRIBLE experience with this State Farm Office/Agent! All my husband and I needed was renters insurance, coverage for two vechicles and a few personal articles, and this was TOO much for them to figure out. It took MONTHS for them to get the correct insurance policy for just ONE of our vechicles. We wanted a simple monthly billing statement but every billing statement we received was for a different amount, and they could never clearly explain the reason behing this.
