After having seizures my family and I moved here 2 years ago. This has been one of the best decisions we have made. The management team really shows that they care. I love how clean the environment is, and I feel safe and content here with my family. I must say, if you are looking to move in an apartment in the "Tiger-land" district- please consider moving here!
In the almost two years that I have been here with my family, (2br 2ba) we have had minimal complaints. Property management is awesome and understanding with the tenants who are willing to do their part in keeping the complex safe and clean. They have given advice about rental matters, showed up when it matters, and continue to amaze with the level of customer service they provide on a daily basis. Would recommend Murray Place Apartments every time!!
I really enjoy staying here! The grounds are well maintained, and the common areas are always clean and inviting. The management team is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. The community feels safe and welcoming, and my neighbors have been great. I’m happy to call this place home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed apartment community.
I’ve been here at Murray place apts for a year now and I’ve had only great experiences with this apartment complex, anything I need they’re there to help me no matter what it is . there was a situation that happened that could have caused me to have been evicted, but Ms. Kay was very kind to me and my children after I told her the truth about a situation. I’m eternally grateful for her and all the staff who help make this place looks and feel welcoming !
I had a great experience with Murray Place. I moved here from another city and this was the only apartment complex in Monroe that didn't give me a hassle. The manger helped me with everything I needed. She even called me to make sure I was happy with my apartment. Also we switched over to a different manger and she is great. She made sure I was happy also. She always keep a smile and holds friendly conversations. So if you need somewhere to stay without a hassle come to Murray Place
