I always enjoy coming in. Everyone always does a great job and always so friendly.
I take care of a person with a brain disorder that can lead to difficult behaviors. I took him to Dr. Keel afraid that they might have to turn him away for treatment there. The staff instinctively knew how to minimize events that might lead to resistance. I don't know if they have had training in de-escalation of agitated patients, but by the time Dr. Keel enter the exam room, our patient was comfortable and ready to be friendly and compliant.
