Terrible and sad excuse for a Murray dealership, my girlfriend went in wanting an oil change, a tire rotation, and to get an idea of what her heated seat needed to work again. They were nice and were able to take her jeep in quickly. Later she got a phone call with a quote over 7 grand and Leon the service provider made her feel that her car was not safe to drive at all.
