Debbie is always great at customer service and John Paul was very patient with me. I wasn’t a happy man I had brought my car to a body shop after an accident in December and it still wasn’t fixed I should have used Murray’s anyways Murray’s Hyundai fixed my car and dealt with a lunatic me sorry. Kudos to Debbie and John Paul
Don’t lease a vehicle from this location. Their service is terrible. Always booking 1+ month out, do not help find alternative solutions. We will never lease or purchase a Hyundai again after our experience.
Easy and informative car buying experience. Carter knew a ton of information about the EV I was interested in and it made the transition from gas to EV a little less stressful.
My vehicle sustained a flat tire at 11pm and it was brought to Murray Hyundai as it was the closest dealership. The lady in the service department the next day was rude and berated me for having a "very dirty vehicle". When the tire change was completed she told me it was too late to arrange for the shuttle vehicle to pick me up (despite my mentioning that I would need a ride).
