They’ll do anything to make a quick buck
Murray Home and Auto Lies and Steals from its customers. They started our scag mower with no oil in it after they were told that it needed to be winched and that the oil plug was pulled to far out. (I was standing right next to my boss when he told Christopher over the phone). Next they lie about the whole situation and refuse to pay for the engine. Brought my bad boy zero turn with the bricks and Stratton had some oil leaks. Under warranty replaced all the necessary parts put fresh oil in & it cleaned up everything, nice and clean. I also had my hydro units serviced. Cleaned up everything. No oil left behind on anything service. Guys are very good professional jobs. And even the service writers and people that work, there are very professional and great people. I’ve done business off and on for years with them. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire staff. They are very friendly, honest and good people. All of them.
