Dr. Greaney is a top notch Doctor and a great guy! He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. My test results are always received promptly with any recommendations from the Doc!
i've had both great and bad experiences with with my doctor and staff.I took 5 calls to my doctor before he finally called me back w/test results and after one of his staff hung up on me. I addressed both with him = he had not excuse for not calling me back and was not happy to hear about his staff. I've considered changing docs but after almost 20 years I'm still not sure. You have to keep on top of your health care and let your doctor know when you're not happy
All my doctors are excellent, thorough and caring. Staff have a lot to do but I have found them to be responsive when I call. The patient portal is very helpful to get things done efficiently.
I find all of my doctors to be excellent and caring. They really take a interest in their patients. I have recommended them in the past and would not hesitate to do so again. The staff is alway very polite and helpful.
Dr Grover is an incredible physician! Love her staff as well.
I have nothing but the highest regard for the Murray Hill Medical Group. Additionally, I have never had a problem getting a prescription
The Doctors are fine, but try to get a prescription filled, get a call back or find anyone who is not rude, good luck If I were able to select no stars I would have.
