Tell me why no one ever answers the phone. Totally unacceptable.
well, they could start by making their patient portal work, answer their phones and pay their answering service, who actually told me this morning, "they don't pay us to take messages." seriously a doctor's office answering service that doesn't take messages. ugh.
Perhaps your group could respond to phone calls in less than 3 days? I am still waiting to get a call back for an appointment. pathetic. And to add insult, my gynecologist, btw,the second in less than a year, is not longer there and I never had a polite notice from mhmg to let me know.....Not what I would call positive - from any angle
My Doctor is the best.
Made a GYN appointment last November for today at 9am, they called my home to confirm last week, arrived this morning around 8:25am only to find out that the doctor doesn't accept my insurance any longer. What an awful place, what a bunch of incompetent people.
We are greatly appreciative of the excellent care that both my husband and I receive from Dr. Edward Greaney. He is a very capable, compassionate and brilliant physician.
