Better customer service, when they say they will do something , then follow through. I traded in a perfectly good car a 2006 Buick Lucerne (hard to get in and out of) for a 2008 Cadillac LEMON!!!! They said they would have their service people call and set up an appointment to put it ion the scanner for free. NO CALL! I guess they saw an elderly couple they could take advantage of. Absolutely recommend. Just had my 2006 Lincoln Zephyr there for the air bag recall. It was originally bought at Murray’s with 1,100 miles on it. It now has 96,000 miles and going strong. Great service and left with it cleaned inside and out!! Worth the 45 minute drive...much better service than Clarion Ford!

Poor service, misleading, run you in circles instead giving a straight answer, don’t stand by their vehicles even if it means losing a customer. Will never deal with this place again.

My dad and I bought a truck there and they ran it through their shop said everything was fine but yet the didn’t bleed my brakes right, and yet it too then 3 weeks to reach out to fix their mistake as I’m driving and lose my brakes.
