Talk to Clinton Cousins. He makes your "ordeal" of buying a new car really pleasant. The dealership gave us a great trade-in allowance and lots of complimentary gifts.
Made plans to go out the following day when I got there they told me the car sold the night before, I drove an hour and half and wasted my time going there.

Bought an older used car. Was told what it needed, trusted since the mechanic went over it. Bought the part, not what was wrong, their was also a broken belt in two tires when we got home, we put over $1400 into a car we were told was a $100 part needed. Just because its an older Used car doesn't mean it doesn't deserve the same time and attention a new car does. Disappointing.
I have bought numerous vehicles from Murrays over the past 35 years and have never had a issue! Mitch Canby has sold me and my family their vehicles for the past 5 years and has always given us great deals!
They do not honor things that say after the purchase!
I have bought all my vehicles from Murrays and just recently purchased my 2018 ford f150 and Clinton was very nice and helped us and got us everything we wanted... thanks Murray Ford
car service dept. no communication and I had to have car towed day after they fixed it
