Fabulous doctor! Very patient oriented and great bed-side manner. My surgery was wonderful. I had no bruising, tiny bit of swelling and recovery was short and virtually painless. I recommend Dr. McGrady whole-heartedly.
Apparently you cannot choose which doctor to see. I requested to see Dr McGrady but since I saw Dr. Lee for a sinus problem the office clerk said I could NOT see Dr. McGrady. I would not recommend this group at all. Definitely not customer focused and not friendly at all. Felt like I was interrupting her time.
Dr. McGrady knows his "stuff". What is most frustrating is the office staff. Almost impossible to get through to anyone in the office. I have something that my general doctor or the ER can't figure out. I tried to call McGrady's office. The office staff is unfriendly, unwilling to accommodate, and show no compassion. I would not recommend his office. Dr. McGrady is great, but his office staff make the experience horrible.
Dr. McGrady removed 2 cancerous lymph nodes from my neck & did my follow up treatment for 2-3 years. 17 years ago this week...I'm still cancer free.??????
On paper work it told me to get there 20 min. early so I did so. I sat there waiting for me to get called for an hour. People came in after I got in and out before I got called back. Lady at the front desk did not give Dr. the paper work for me until a hour later right before I got called for my turn.
Dr McGrady is very caring and does a great treatment. Would highly recommend him. Also Rita the appointment person is very helpful.
Office staff had us sit in the waiting room while people with later appointments than ours were asked to come back. 60 minutes/1 hour and still waiting. Now we have to reschedule because we have another appointment to get to. If you have time to sit in a waiting room with 8 other people during COVID this is the place for you.
Dr. McGrady doesn't have much of a bedside manner, but hoping he knows his "stuff". What is most frustrating is the office staff. Almost impossible to get through to anyone in the office. I have to follow-up on EVERYTHING with them. After many phone calls, a report was faxed to them. I confirmed that they received. I called a couple of days before appointment to see if I could do tele-health; and of course they said they didn't have report. This incompetence is extremely hard to swallow; very disgusted.
First visit with Dr. McGrady, I was so impressed. He did not hurry me and answered all of my questions. If i ever need an ENT again it will be him.
