Dr Taylor has been my physician for several years. He has always been there when I needed him. He has retired however I truly hope I can find another physician that cares as much as he did about there patients!! Dr Taylor, we truly miss you.
Experience when seeing Dr. Taylor was great, the front office is a joke.
I have had reasonably fine experiences with Dr. Taylor himself, but rarely get to actually see him. I am typically having my appointments with PAs. The most frustrating part of the whole experience was just getting any kind of response on the phone, or any follow up whatsoever with the office. I have called the office dozens of times and typically the phone rings until it hangs itself up, and this is during normal business hours. He only works part-time and will retire soon. No replacement yet. The office has declined since Optum took over. No follow ups, slow on test results, staff turnover, difficult to reach or no return calls.
Beware! They will tell elderly people untruths as in what type of medications they are prescribing.
I was a patient of Dr. Taylor for 2 years. Regular visits were very routine. The office does not have a computerized patient portal so getting any information regarding test results was a letter in the mail, 3 to 4 weeks after tests. I actually got a test result letter 6 months after one test! When I had a questions regarding a serious procedure I had scheduled, I was directed to the nurse staff, who would ask the doctor. Dr. Taylor is very thorough. Takes the necessary time to cover all health issues.
Excellent first visit with Dr. Taylor as my new primary physician. He was thorough and shows an interest in getting me established as a new patient.
