Tyler from the collision centre was sweet and patient with me, even as I took my frustration and anger out on him for my Jeep being returned to me not calibrated (resulting in a second visit to the collision centre). Tyler saw to it that the repairs were completed properly and followed up to ensure I was happy. If I could give more than 5 stars for his customer service, I would.
They don’t answer calls. They don’t call back. They don’t communicate with you from time to time about what’s happening with your claim. My phone number is on your file, call me back. I am tired of calling again and again. Its about 2023 jeep rubicon. CALL ME BACK PLS!!!
It sucks to be involve in an accident but thats why it’s called accident. I rear ended my jeep and very nice people are taking care of my rubicon at Murray collision centre. Thank you guys.
