We recently bought an XT4 Cadillac from Murray Chevrolet in Lethbridge and we are thrilled and very pleased with the vehicle. Did my oil change there the engine started making a noise right away brought it back they said it wasn't they're fault and then had to pay much double for the check up then they said

My daughter had an appointment at this dealership for an oil change at 10am. Took them 4.5 hours to to get the service done and then failed to do it properly. They put the oil filter on which was good but they should have at least tightened up to proper specs. Over time her suv lost about a litre of oil before we caught it. Called the service department and told them when did the oil change the filter was on finger tight and the guy said if it was finger tight how come it didn’t fall off.
