My husband, Andy, my son and I dropped into Murray Auto as we were looking for a SUV for travel. First Pete listened to our wish list and said,” Ok, I have the car for you.” He did not waste our time or his. He was spot on. The quality of customer service after the purchase was severely lacking. It’s clear they don’t take the time to properly read or thoughtfully respond to customer emails. Responses are rushed, generic, and show a lack of genuine concern—further highlighting their poor post-purchase support.
