Third car purchased from Murray and Holt. They are all awesome, but Tony really takes the extra step for you. He made surey car was perfect. They even had glass repair come out to La Pine to replace the windshield in my garage. Myself and both daughters are happy, happy new car owners. Thank you Tony! Thank you Murray and Holt.
My daughter went in about 4 months ago to purchase her first car. And unfortunately it was a used one. But within the first week it wasn't drivable, oil leaked all over the engine. They did replace the valves that were causing the problem. And ever since it's been one thing or another.. passenger window fell into the door, the heater isn't working, had to replace the alternator, has a bad oil leak once again that is being fixed, had to replace the fan belt as well. My daughter went here to buy her first new to her car. She bought a 2011 escape. Total amount was $25,000 or close to it. Of course, they signed her up for undercoating and lifetime warranties. $25k for a 2011 FORD is ridiculous! I think they took complete advantage of her and had one hell of a celebration when she left. To be fair, SHE was happy with them and thought she got a decent deal. The guys at Murry and Holt are awesome! Ive gone to several dealerships in Bend, and they were only one willing to 'help' me. My credit wasnt too bad, and they didn't turn me down like the others! They called me as soon as the right car came in within my budget! Now I drive a great and reliable Toyota Highlander! Thank you guys!
