We visited from Indiana. This place was amazing. I requested an upgrade last minute and they were very accomadating. Popcorn, movies, games available for no charge. We were right by the river which was amazing. We seem alot of moose and bears. Loved the pool and hot tub. With walking distance of downtown Estes. Plenty of shopping and food choices. There is nothing I would change about this family owned business.

Great place ,kind staff, loved the morning menu,great setting by the stream close to town,looking at the mountains from the deck. Loved the whole setting!!!!
We LOVE it here... we come back every year. The location is perfect for walking into town... and the 'indoor' pool... those 2 things alone put it at the top of our list. BUT what really make it special are the staff and cleanliness of the rooms. It is our home away from home on an annual basis!
We just stayed at the resort and it was wonderful! Staff are friendly, housekeeping is fantastic and the grounds are well kept. There are multiple grills around if you want to grill your own dinner, a fire pit, indoor pool, movies and game you can rent from the office. Perfect location for access to RMNP, shopping, food! Only one complaint...no kids allowed in the hot tub and my kids love hot tubs. Would recommend this place 100%!!!!!
We absolutely loved our stay! The lodge facilities were excellent -- offering a nice, spacious room with fireplace. At night (and after a long day of hiking), the kids loved the pool and TV/DVD with a large selection of movies to borrow. The breakfast was excellent, too, including the tips offered by our hostess there :-) Lots of other small touches that made it a great experience overall. Highly recommend.
Just stayed there last week. Love this place been there many times. Nice people Great View. Walking out on the deck and enjoying the river. Highly recommended. Thank You.
