My first impression was receiving $50 bill from months ago when I was with Dr. Kelli Hinds which I never heard of. I visited the office and asked the clerk about it and I was told not to worry yet, I received the bill again. It won't regret cancelling my first app with Murphy's and won't recommand anyone to this location.
I was pretty surprised to get a letter in the mail saying I owe $50 for a missed appointment from 16 months ago. This is the first I've ever heard about it. What makes it even more frustrating is that the letter mentions increased penalties after 90 days, yet they apparently waited over a year to notify me. If there was really an issue with my account, why wasn't I contacted sooner? A phone call, email, or even a letter within a reasonable timeframe would have made sense. Very thorough.
My family dentist had to retire for health reasons. I found Dr. Hinds first who was amazing. Then she merged with Murphys Landing Family Dental. I have been so happy with this practice. The entire staff from the front desk, the hygienist and the dentist are all friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist.
