(Edit: if you're here because you're unhappy or looking for a dentist, check out Dr. Sweety Patel in Greenwood. She and her staff are amazing!) I came from Dr. Kelli Hinds' office and this transfer was a significant downgrade. I have so much dental anxiety, and let me just say the entire staff made the experience one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. From light hearted conversations, to explaining everything, they completely lightened my mood & made getting 2 fillings so much less stressful. This was my first visit & I will continue to use them for regular exams!

My first impression was receiving $50 bill from months ago when I was with Dr. Kelli Hinds which I never heard of. I visited the office and asked the clerk about it and I was told not to worry yet, I received the bill again. It won't regret cancelling my first app with Murphy's and won't recommand anyone to this location.

I was pretty surprised to get a letter in the mail saying I owe $50 for a missed appointment from 16 months ago. This is the first I've ever heard about it. What makes it even more frustrating is that the letter mentions increased penalties after 90 days, yet they apparently waited over a year to notify me. If there was really an issue with my account, why wasn't I contacted sooner? A phone call, email, or even a letter within a reasonable timeframe would have made sense.
