My watch needed a new gasket and it was serviced the same day it was brought in. The man was extremely patient with me as I have a tendency to get rather annoying after a while. He was also extremely polite and courteous to me and knows exactly what he's doing and does every job right! I plan on getting my watch to him again for battery replacement. I HIGHLY recommend Murphy's Jewelry and would NEVER bring my watches or other jewelry anywhere else.
The most amazing man ever. Loves to talk about his family and hear about yours and to me that says a lot about a man. What he did for me and my son at Xmas was above and beyond! I love reading about all the wonderful things people have to say about this man because I know they are all true!
Best place you'll ever find. Needed a wedding ring in a pinch so a sick family member could be part of our wedding. Billy was nothing but exceptionally helpful and was able to help us immediately. We will go here for any piece of jewelry we ever buy!
