My mom called today to inquire about dryer repairs. Her call was answered by a very rude individual who made racist remarks, insulted her intelligence and then hung up on her!! We do our best to support local, but this business doesn't deserve our patronage. A complaint has been filed. I am disgusted by the behavior and lack of customer service, and will absolutely NOT recommend this business to anyone I know.

I went into the store this past weekend to find a fridge and stove. Richard was more than kind and helpful. I struggled to make a decision, but finally made a choice only to figure out over the weekend that it wouldn’t fit like we thought it would. I called this morning to cancel the order, then went back to the store after work to start over. Thank you, Richard for your patience. I appreciate the time you spent helping me work this all out, and we’re excited for our new appliances!!!

We absolutely love Murphy's Appliance!!! We have always bought through them and always will! We ordered a unique and pricey fridge from them, the wrong one showed up and they were so awesome to make it right! Every appliance in our home is frome Murphy's and we love them! We love their staff too �
