Dr. Murphy listens very attentively and asks great questions. He invites a dialogue and incorporated my observations into his treatment plan for me. I trust him because I know he is not going to brush me off when I have a concern.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. It was very easy to get an appointment. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
