Extremely rude, I've never been yelled at by a physician after finding out that I needed to go on dialysis. He's arrogant and wouldn't even send my dog to him. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.
His office staff never return calls, puts you in a room and forgets your there. Show very little interest in you as a patient. They act like they want to get you in and out so as they can bill your insurance. Never feel like he is addressing my problem in a timely manner and does not take time to explain what he is doing.
Asked to talk to Dr Murphy as hospital asking me to make end of life decisions about my husband. Asked nurse to leave note on chart, called office. My husband is a physician with a terminal illness but request for just a phone call ignored, not even a phone call back from a secretary! Rating isn’t one star, it’s minus 5 stars
