Was having hormonal issues and got labs done by Murphy and the first time she didn’t request all the labs I needed. The following appointment she forgot why she had me do them and couldn’t find the labs. After waiting almost two months for results this upset me greatly and I no longer have her as an OBGYN. She doesn’t deserve to be an MD of any type and needs an evaluation. I’ve had several issues with her outside this one. She tends to give diagnosis off visual exams and no labs to back them up.
0 star if I could. Complete waste of time. She is not compassionate at all. I need a hysterectomy and it has been excuse after excuse. Surgery cancelled 5x and I am in extreme pain but doesn't seem to care. She walked out of my room today headed to another room and I said so is surgery cancelled and she shruged her shoulders and said yes and went into another room! Complete waste of time and money. Wish I had never gone to see her. She is not friendly at all.
If I could give her 0 stars I would. I have never felt as not heard by a doctor before. I waited over 2 weeks to see her just for her to listen to my symptoms "just to make sure she has the right notes"(made be repeat my symptoms like 3 times just for note purposes) but provide me with no reasoning for my symptoms, no advice or insight, no medications and no follow up. Dr. Murphy is a dr you want to see if you are serious about your health. She’s patient & encouraging. I would go as far as to say she’s a great example herself if good health. She has put me in the right direction to better health.
