Brian did a terrible job at our inspection. He stated we had cooper piping when we had polybutylene pipes. He didn't even take the panel off the electrical box, and if he would have he would have found some major issues. He didn't find the main water shut off, which we later found was leaking and needed to be replaced. Because of his poor quality of work he has caused us close to $20,000 in work to our house. Please don't use him, as he obviously doesn't take his work seriously! Spend your money elsewhere.
