This is a 3 star review based on the cost of doing business with this firm. It took me a year and a half to save the original cost they asked which was $2,500. It was my understanding, albeit very loose language was used that led me to believe this, that the cost of adopting nephew - who was (1) already in my custody since birth, (2) I had legal custody for (3) my sister, his mother, would sign rights or is incapable to sign rights because she has been deemed incompetent by courts (she has mental illness) (4) there is no fat... read more

Let me start by saying—this is an authentic review from a single mom who did not have her children upon hiring Becki to represent me in 2 separate county cases. Worst attorney I've met. Incompetent, unprepared for trial & makes deals behind closed doors w opposing counsel & DHS that does not protect the child or her client. Perpetuates strife between parents, does not represent best interest of child, drags out cases to keep your money flowing into the broken legal system of judges, attorneys, DHS, mental health professionals, guardian ad litems & parenting coordinators. ITS A MULTI BILLION DOLLAR INDUSTRY. You will be paying her until the child reaches 18.
