Dr Murphy has performed surgery on my lower back and has helped me manage my back pain and muscle spasms throughout the years with kindness, compassion, understanding, unsurpassed knowledge and professionalism. I recommend him to all my family and friends for neurological surgery evaluation and care needs.
Had C 3,4,5,6, laminectomy. On recovery he stated false information in closing 10 years off when I quit smoking. Office visit I explained I had pain, weakness, and numbness at and below elbow. Pain in shoulder. Dr. Murphy stated " that's not my problem". Office visit again, I told PA I HAD SERIOUS ISSUES AT MY SHOULDERS DOWN TO FINGERS. I explained to PA that DR. Murphy had already told me it's not his problem. So when Dr. Murphy came into exam room I was already aware I was not to tell him
Dr. Murphy does not communicate well at all with his patients and you feel rushed during the appointment. I would not recommend Dr. Murphy
