Dr Murphy is well trained and very sensitive to people with dental work anxiety. His work is top notch, one of the best I've been to. Holly and Katie running the front are very kind and accommodating. Holly always has a detail dental plan ready that helps you decide future work needed. The whole staff of friendly and welcoming, competent and caring. They always follow up with you after your dental work to make sure you're doing great.
Just went in for my latest check-up and from the moment I walked into Dr. Murphy's new location I was put at ease with the receptionists greeting. My hygienist was gentle, knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. Murphy noticed something unusual on an x-ray which at first made me nervous. I appreciated the time he took to explain my issue and put my mind at ease, and recommended we just check the area at my next visit. Check out was a breeze, with my next appointment scheduled.
The hygienist and the doctor were helpful and on time . I like the new office.
Dr. Murphy and his staff are thorough, personable and compassionate in caring for their patients. I've been refreshingly surprised at their determination to financially assist their patients. They are currently working on an in-house program that helps patients who don't have dental insurance. They make recommendations that are in the best interest of the patient and there is no pressure to move forward with procedures unless there is a health concern to do so.
I had a good experience. The office staff was very nice and helpful. No waiting at all.
