Lack of any paperwork never showed any "restocking fee" after trial period - I would buy a mattress directly from the manufacturing company. They state the return policy and charge much less to return an uncomfortable mattress from day 1.....

To say that my Murmaid Mattress (iCool, Euro Top) is the best mattress I've ever had would be an understatement. I was looking for a TempurPedic which is probably best in its class, but I couldn't wrap my mind around the price. For the value, the Mermaid Mattress is incredible and didn't break the bank. I even added an adjustable base and can't remember what life was like before it. I highly recommend Mermaid as a store and as a brand.
MurMaid was recommended to me and I am SO GLAD I bought my new bed and adjustable base with them! Not only is their iCool mattress better than the Temperpedic ones I tried, their sales staff was very helpful in helping me get everything I needed. They even sent me to their outlet store to see if they could get me a better deal what I was looking to purchase. And when my mattress was delivered, they set it up quickly and cleaned everything else up before they went. Will be telling all my friends about them!
The manager at the Mattress Outlet on Hwy 153 is outstanding! We went shopping for mattresses for some bunk beds we recently bought and Jeff was beyond helpful! He showed us mattresses in all price ranges and even gave us good discounts on what we bought. Even better, we realized that one of the mattresses we ordered would be too thick for the trundle bed and when I called him, he was happy to change the order to a thinner mattress.
