I whole-heartedly agree with ******** Our experience with Murillo has been awesome. Robert's work ethic is stellar and it also reflects in the staff he has working for him. They were fantastic to deal with, fair, honest, expeditious, very courteous and friendly! I just can't say enough about how good we feel about our new HVAC system including the duct work they replaced. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone asking for referrals!! By the way, I found them from someone giving them a 'shout out' on our neighborhood facebook page, I'm so glad they did that!

This something rare for me..writing reviews but this is a case i just had to undertake.. I also looked at his reviews with other companies and noted that he had 26 5.0 reviews.. And being negative I said to my self.. I know Robert for many years but NO one can get all 5.0 its just impossible to please everyone.. but somehow he has managed to do it.. anyway enough of that stuff.. Robert has done several jobs for me in the past.. and had always been johnny on the spot and always been reliable and provide the best price in town.. Today he came by and gave me a free estimate on replacing my GEO THERMAL heat pump system.. I warned him that I am currently processing a complaint with the BBB for HVAC crappy work.. and he said that don't bother me you can't be unhappy with me unless I do something wrong to you.. and I ain't ever gonna do that so what to worry about... LOL. Anyway he came by and has now given me my first quote and even though I always get 3 for good measure most likely I will only get one as I trust Robert that much.. He has provided me stellar performance for me for years.. so you can be sure due to my own complaint to the BBB that is currently active.. that I am a hard man to impress.. and so far Robert has impressed me.. I would not hesitate to recommend this HVAC expert to anyone. He has been at it a long time and really knows his sh.t! As expected there was no charge for the hvac estimate.. and why not he already knows that i will choose him... so he will be well paid for all his actions.
