My experience at Muriel’s Landing was extremely negative, and I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before signing a lease here. First, the noise is unbearable. There are multiple bars directly downstairs operating until around 2 AM, and crowds regularly stay outside yelling and making noise until 3 AM, especially on weekends. I was told before moving in that the windows were soundproof, but in reality the noise comes through clearly every night and makes normal sleep very difficult. Wow. So instead of addressing my feedback, they just deleted it? I guess deleting criticism is easier than fixing the actual problem. NICE!!!!!!

Great building to live in. Close to a lot of stuff. Pet friendly too! I think the main selling point for living here is Barbra ( the building manager). She is wonderful to work with and made the whole process of moving in and moving out way smoother. She was always very transparent and honest about policies (unike building managers for Northwest apartments) and it always felt like she was looking out for her residents. Overall she made living here a much better experience!

Barbara is organized, accessible, and swift to action. Quick to shut you down if you bring smtg up that she doesn’t like/agree with. Generally friendly and thoughtful with lobby decoration. Maintenance responds quick but iffy service. Fernando is friendly but didn’t fix much. Ex: Our bathroom door handle got messed up which he made worse so we had to fix it ourselves.
