Barbara is organized, accessible, and swift to action. Quick to shut you down if you bring smtg up that she doesn’t like/agree with. Generally friendly and thoughtful with lobby decoration. Maintenance responds quick but iffy service. Fernando is friendly but didn’t fix much. Ex: Our bathroom door handle got messed up which he made worse so we had to fix it ourselves. My sister has been living here for almost 2 years and I’m so jealous of her! The location is great and the building is well taken care of. Barbara really takes time and effort to make this place a warm and welcoming environment for those who live here. I wish I had a building manager like her at my building.
I lived here for almost two years. tl;dr: great management, thin walls, location is... the ave. Management: 5 stars. Barbara goes above and beyond to try to make tenants feel at home. Maintenance is friendly and always on time to fix repairs. Building: 3 stars. The walls are so thin. We didn't care about this, but had a neighbor that took sounds from a chronic illness in our apartment personally. I've lived at Muriel's Landing for almost two years, and it's by far the best place I've ever lived (my 5th apartment). This is primarily due to Barbara and how she runs the building. She cares about her tenants and tries her best to make surewe love where we live. I'm so thankful I found this place whenI did, and I won't be leaving until I leave Seattle!
