If I can give them 0 stars I would. For an ER clinic in my area, I am very upset with this establishment. I will now drive to NVS from now on. I brought my foster pup in on Memorial weekend. I found 2 masses in his groin region that literally came up that day. He was in pain. Salivating, panting, wouldn't lay down, eat or drink. I brought him in and of course was not able to go inside. I spoke to them on the phone and told him he has a hernia already (which wasn't even noted on his chart). He had thrown up multiple times and... read more

I’ve had to come here a few times with Maggie. I’m so grateful for these folks. Very caring staff. Pets are like family so when there is an emergency it’s nice to know there is a place like this available. God bless these people. I am so grateful!
I recently took my dog in to see Dr.Bartolotto because he was having problems urinating. I regret this BIG TIME. She seemed fine at first, but then she took my dog back there and did all kinds of lab work/tests that weren't even necessary and didn't even tell me about them! The only one that needed to be done was a urine sample, and I thought we had both agreed on that. However, when I received the receipt it had charges on there for multiple tests including blood work and a fecal sample! I told her before hand, he was not h... read more
