On 2/26/2025, took my vehicle for an oil change and problems with steering and front radar. Service advisor Charles Westove was very pleasant. The oil change was a very good price, $64.25. The two diagnostic checks were $99.95 each totaling $199.90. Total price $264.65. Plus tax. I was given a 10% discount which would have made the bill amount $238.65 plus tax. Good customer service promptly worked to resolve issues with order.
The worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I was told it will take an hour and half and was almost there for 3 hours. First round I was recommended $800 worth of work and I declined but gave in for the alignment. After waiting 2 hours I was told I needed two wheels replaced, my tie rods were cracked and that I needed $2500 worth of work. Will is so amazing! We pulled up and just so happened to be sitting there to help immediately. As a first time car owner, he truly helped me understand the process and everything that goes into purchasing a car… no strings attached.
