I ran out of space on my review. Also, Keith did not give us a list of prices which is in direct violation of the Funeral Rule Policies that all funeral homes must abide by. Keith told us the minimum would be $15,000 & that he had spoke with the Insurance administrator over my sons life insurance policy & that it was not going to pay out. I left the room we were having the arrangements meeting in & called the Administrator over my sons policy Ms. Lovelace to find out that Keith had just bold faced lied to us! I would give a -100 stars! Keith Stapleton embalmed my 24 yr old son just hours after I told him face to face (I have audio recording of this conversation as well) that absolutely nothing was to be done to my son until I hear back as to whether or not his life insurance policy was going to pay out & if so how much, to know what I had to work with. From the initial planning to the funeral they always made sure our needs were taken care of.
