Unless a business is predatory and/or deceptive, I don’t give 1 star reviews. I came in, as a new patient, for a routine eye exam to update my lens prescription. I was unexpectedly charged $35 co-pay. I said, I thought it was no charge and I had to move money to pay for it. Upon calling my insurance, I was told I have a zero copay. Humana called the Eye Center and the rep was told that I was charged for a retinal exam, which is elective. I visited today to get contacts for the first time. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help me from figuring out insurance to teaching me how to use contacts. My experience was top tier and I’m so thankful for that!!! Awesome team there.
Dr Kevin was amazing. First eye dr I have ever had openly explain things without even being asked. Wonderful experience
I had a great experience here! Dr. LeJeune was very nice and informative. Kayla was very friendly and helpful with picking out my new frame and lenses. I will definitely be coming back next year. 😊
