I will say ALL the other Dental Excellences are horrible truly horrible but let me tell you this Dental Excellences on Memorial in Murfreesboro is the Best Dental Office! It is the BEST place I have EVER been . I have been through some really RUFF Dentist appointments and places and this place was so wonderful... The hygienist The Doctor was so polite, reslectful, kind, made you feel at home, even treated me like a human being and made me feel like its ok where I am at as my teeth need alot dental work. I wouldn't take my dog to this dental group - and I don't know if you can even call them dentists. They had no clue what they were doing when trying to take an x-ray and the lady didn't even know how to use the chair - got charged $79 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING - they basically stole my money and then on top of that wanted to charge $240 to pull ONE tooth - highway robbery is what that is. Extremely poor service.
My daughter had a terrible toothache on a Saturday morning and they fit her in immediately, even though she was a new patient. My daughter has always been anxious about dental visits, but they immediately put her at ease.
My daughters filling came off her front tooth and they fixed it better then it was before. It looks like a real tooth!! Very pleased! They’re also very friendly as well.
