The billing department is disaster. They sent the wrong mailing address, even you have never received any bill from them. They will forward your bill to external collection agency. Please fire your billing department, they did the worst job!
Great doctors, horrible billing. They keep sending me a statement every month saying I'm past due and they are going to send me to collections. I was on a payment plan with them, which their site allowed me to setup. They took 3 or 4 payments then just stopped. I had to setup the plan again, and they are still sending me collections letters. Get your act together!
My husband had amazing care when he had his knee surgery. The anesthesiologist went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable. They all showed great care and compassion.
Were not upfront about the billing and what it was going to cost out of pocket. Crooks. When I had my surgery, there was never any mention of additional cost out of pocket. Just a surprise bill in the mail and harassing phone calls. Then put into debt collections. There’s a reason all these reviews are talking about your billing department….when people show you who they are, believe them.
