I saw Dr Murdock for many years and thought he was an excellent dentist who had my best interest always. He only recommended what absolutely needed to be done. He has retired so I trusted that his replacement would be like him. I believe I was wrong, Dr. Smith, in my opinion, ended up making an incorrect decision to pull a tooth. , stating the foundation was compromised and it wouldn’t be wise to put a crown on it. I have been coming to doctor Murdock for 19 years now, my parents even longer. I have always had a positive experience until the last two years. When the main receptionist / billing person left everything since has been unorganized. Appointments always run late and the billing is somehow messed up every time (not ran through insurance listed in account, extra things added or forgotten, bill sent to wrong address, etc). I've been seeing Dr Murdock since I was a kid. He always gives me the best care and makes sure I'm not overpaying for procedures. Wouldn't want to go to anyone else!
Dr Searle is our favorite! Staff are amazing too. My kids like coming here and they work quickly
Dr. Murdock has been my dentist for 35 years. He's incredible at making his patients feel comfortable and he's pretty funny too!

This office has been amazing!! We have great experiences with both Dr Searle and Dr Murdock. I can't say enough good things about this office. We have kids who have been scared of the dentist in the past.. but now that we've been coming here, they aren't afraid anymore.
