Horrible. Never negotiated a fair price, told me I should offer full price, used his inspection guy who claimed there was nothing wrong with the property when in fact there was a ton wrong that needed to be repaired. Post closing had to do a complete demo & renovation. Pushed his recommendations on carpet guy, paint guy (who ripped me off stole paint, didn’t have an ROC # and never finished the job), pushed his demo guy who actually was falsely using someone else’s ROC #.
