Avoid doing business with this guy. I had a hot water heater installed and a house filter changed and the plumbing failed twice and flooded my basement twice. Each time he tried to blame the issues on something else and claim it wasn’t his fault. The second time he “attempted” to fix the plumbing and it failed in less than a month and claimed it was because of the weather getting cold.
