I used to live at Murano for 3 years. The experience was good. I moved back this year, but the experience is really bad. I sent emails to the office many times, nobody replied to me. The neighbor upstairs has two kids, jumping, playing balls, running, Murano's office helps nothing on this. The AC on the roof always generate very deep vibrations, makes the noise really loud. Not good for the health.
I have lived in Murano for many years. Their services in every way have never let me down. I’d like to thank Jesus and Ruben in maintenance team. My refrigerator broke down, and these two gentlemen did an excellent job at quickly procuring a new one. Had they waited to contact the vendor, all the food in the freezer would have melted. My special thanks to Ruben, who stayed well past 7pm to set it up and reverse the swing of the refrigerator door.
David went over and beyond to handle our request for our unit , it is obvious that he has such a positive energy and has a compassion for Making sure US as tenants feel comfortable in cadenza community His kindnsss and xtra efforts to place an order since inventory needs resupplied truly touched our hearts ! Thx for dedication to keeping our sense of community beautiful and making us more happy with responding promptly to our request
The staff was nice and helped me troubleshoot the app when I did a self-tour. The units are cozy. I looked at a unit on bottom floor. As I entered the unit, the neighbors next door had all windows open and were talking real loud, but once I was inside, I could not hear them. I am definitely interested in moving here.
