Since I moved in Murano community, so far so great. of course there are always something bothering all of us, but I can live with them - 95% of satisfaction. A few dissatisfactions are - 1. Most of issues that I brought up to leasing staff before move-in date was not addressed and not resolved, even though their system mentioned that they are all addressed taken care of. 2. Just got done work order done and Ruben went above and beyond his duties. I scheduled for 4 things and he got 8 things done… both Ruben and Jesus have been the best! Thank you!
Ruben helps to replace to disposals and AC filter, very friendly guy!
