Parking pass for guests
Recently moved away after living here for 2 years. The Pros is it’s definitely clean and well kept by the staff/maintenance. Maintenance specifically is super nice and fast with fixing/ repairing stuff. Front desk people, especially Jonah are very helpful and respectful. My first con is the lack of proper planning and coordination. Rats and terrible cockroach infection throughout the community On top of repeatedly sending pest control to the wrong number apartment, the office staff took 10weeks to get my security deposit back (and it would’ve been longer if I didn’t make multiple trips/calls to their office to force the issue) I don’t want to rent another Irvine Co apartment from now on because of the willful mismanagement/disregard by the Murano staff.
I recently got into a an accident in the parking area, but Jaden’s help from the office was very appreciated so big thank you to him for the assistance. The property was also very nice.
