I am a highly trained ER critical care nurse for 26 years at another hospital and My mom 79 y/0 had been diagnosed with a uti again this June 23 she had almost died in March from urosepsis. Now has anasarca 45 lbs weight gain since then she was seen two weeks prior by AHN mccandless who did a great job but didn’t have a cardiologist for her to see. My husband came to ER almost Septic and Drew the nurse was "Johnny on the Spot" in treating him quickly and thoroughly. The entire 7p to 7am team worked together to ensure all were well taken care of...and especially my husband...so thank you to all of them...
I just came home from a 3 day stay, ankle surgery then care on the ortho floor (10). Everyone I encountered was professional and caring. Trauma ED was exceptional, their communication and bedside manner was excellent. The surgical team was very good at reviewing the procedure and preparing me for “worst case” scenario. Fortunately surgery went well. 10th floor Nursing staff responded patiently to my requests, especially the night staff. Parking people and front desk helped my husband figure logistics. Thank you to everyone!
