I've been seening Dr. Murakawa for 5 years & assist Donna (beautiful technic & tender), for a skin disease he's very knowledgeable and breaks things down in layment terms. He's in and he's out yes, but he answers your question & do listen to your concerns & give you options the wait for him is never longer then 20 minutes and he's well worth the wait beautiful staff & a miracle or miracle in waiting!! You just can't please everybody some people are not satify no matter what you do you judge.
Please do not visit this doctor he SCAMS his customers by committing insurance fraud billing for services he nor his staff performed. I was going to this particular doctor for about 2 1/2 years when I realized that something was off with my bill. After weeks & several phone calls the biller Paul finally agreed to send me statements with exact services & prices which is when I realized I had been scammed out of over a thousand dollars for services I've never ever received. Currently suing
He is not even ready to spend time to listen to patient problem. He dint give any reason for the problem. He just informed nurse to give some medicine and was gone in a minute. Felt very bad with his behavior. Will not be going to him again.
Highly recommended by former Doc, who retired. He explained what he would do to remove some Basil Cell spots, for testing. Checked my body for more spots needing attention. Very professional and reassuring.
I've worked Dr. Murakawa for a span of almost 10 years now for various skins conditions and love him! He is very knowledgeable , but also breaks explanations down enough so that you don't feel dumb. I had to an urgent appointment and the got me in within a half hour! HIGHLY reccomend
