I would NOT recommend Dr. Muntean to a friend. He is very arrogant and condescending. I have no doubt be is an expert in his profession but his demeanor will raise your blood pressure 30 points. He would be more suitable practicing medicine in a totalitarian country.

My husband and I both go to him. He or his nurse make sure follow ups are taken care of . If either of us are ill, we are always able to get in, even though he's extremely busy. If a specialist is needed, he's on it. We've been going to him since 2008 . He does have a dry sense of humor but we get it. The staff has improved greatly over the last few years. In 2013, after suffering through the "services" of another local "doctor", I found Dr. Muntean and I will stay with him 'til I die. As an older female (over 70) he gives me the attention and care that I need for routine exams & whatever ails me. He ALWAYS listens and treats me with respect laced w/humor. I have recommended him to family & friends who are also very pleased with him and his staff. I would and have highly recommended him in a heartbeat!

After being a patient for 20+ years at Primary Medical I will never step foot in PM again after my most recent experience with Dr. Muntean. He has been rude in the past and made comments that I was overweight and assumed that I was being socially ostracized by my peers because of it. Excuse me? But when he became upset with me this last time I was there and refused to answer my medical questions and then literally threw my prescription at me and walked out. Never again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Dr. Muntean, has been taking care of me and my son for quite a few years. I find him to be caring and very concerned about my overall health on every visit. I never have any trouble getting in to see him. I am in my 60's and have seen a lot of doctors over the years and Dr. Muntean is by far, my most favorite Doctor, I have ever had.

I find Dr. Muntean to be great! He is informative; doesn't waste time; humorous; and he's solved my problems quickly.

He has a sense of humor that is sometimes hard to interpret, but when push comes to shove, a great doctor. I trust him and he is smart and solves issues. I am not hung up on bedside manner. I want a good doctor and he is a good doctor. I see a good side to him and I would not hesitate to trust him implicitly. He has taken care of us for years. If he's a little gruff, I blow it off. It is well worth being cured of what ails me.

Very abrupt and will not take his time to listen to your questions. He seems to have a very bad attitude towards older women. I can not be sure how he treats other patients? He is the absolutely the worse doctor I have ever seen. Example: You may have your appointment at 10am and every time you will sit, waiting for atleast 45 mins, to an hour. Abrupt, rude, and in my opinion, not a good doctor. Ask for normal blood tests and breast exams for cancer, all normal yearly exams, forget it.

This dr. Kicked me out because im addict although i never asked for any medicine in reference to that. Answering him honestly didnt helpe any. I only needed him for basic health concerns.
