Dr. is okay, but talk directly to office admission desk! Answering message has been the same for over a year,their changing the system??? No direct contact with office desk! Returning calls is Bad!
Dr. Muntean is absolutely the best..... I've been seeing him for years and he never disappoints.....
I would give 0 stars if I could. horrible bedside manner, lack of compassion and respect, wouldn’t write me a prescription for my medicine i neeeded, extremely rude and arrogant, didn’t answer any of my questions as he proceeded to tell me that he’s an expert at what he does because he makes $300,000 a year
Good Dr. no problems, his PA Ina(sp) is the best.
New to the area, I thought I found a great Dr. Not. I absolutely cannot get a call back. 2 msgs to his NP, and one to the front desk. They don’t even acknowledge calls. Total disrespect.
FANTASTIC , Dr Muntean is brilliant , he is very professional and friendly and really really cares about you . He WILL NOT just write you a script and kick you out the door he is exceptionally careful and prescribes what you need to live a healthy life . He's also a real expert in virtually every field and knows EXACTLY what he's talking about . Dr Muntean is the best. I’ve been under his care for 10+ years and he has proven himself competent, intuitive, compassionate and available. I have severe asthma with a 15-25% lung function. He manages to keep me out of the hospital in between Pulmo appts and procedures. Having a life-threatening chronic illness can be tough to read sometimes. I would NOT recommend Dr. Muntean to a friend. He is very arrogant and condescending. I have no doubt be is an expert in his profession but his demeanor will raise your blood pressure 30 points. He would be more suitable practicing medicine in a totalitarian country.
My husband and I both go to him. He or his nurse make sure follow ups are taken care of . If either of us are ill, we are always able to get in, even though he's extremely busy. If a specialist is needed, he's on it. We've been going to him since 2008 . He does have a dry sense of humor but we get it. The staff has improved greatly over the last few years.
