Oh, if you could only give zero stars. While this organization may know how to evaluate sleep disorders, the administrative side of the equation could be handled better by grade schoolers. They seem to find it impossible to properly forward documentation to insurance/equipment providers. My wife has wasted hours piling into days trying to get them to take the SIMPLE steps necessary for her to get the supplies required to treat her issue. Had the misfortune of being fereffer to Lois Neering. She worked with my fiance for a sleep study and trying to adjust to using a sleep apnea machine which causes him panic attacks that ended up not being solveable. He and I decided together to seek other treatment and lifestyle changes. When he had a follow up to let her know that, she told him effectively that he was making a poor decision and needed to accept that he was going to die without the machine. I went to Dr. Abdul Malik on 12/16/2025 after months of not sleeping and my family physcian taking me off a perscription, I had taken for 29yrs for sleep. He perscribed back half of my old dose of medication and another pill for me. I finally started sleeping again, after 3mos of hell and sleeping maybe 2 hrs a night.
