Oh, if you could only give zero stars. While this organization may know how to evaluate sleep disorders, the administrative side of the equation could be handled better by grade schoolers. They seem to find it impossible to properly forward documentation to insurance/equipment providers. My wife has wasted hours piling into days trying to get them to take the SIMPLE steps necessary for her to get the supplies required to treat her issue. I went to Dr. Abdul Malik on 12/16/2025 after months of not sleeping and my family physcian taking me off a perscription, I had taken for 29yrs for sleep. He perscribed back half of my old dose of medication and another pill for me. I finally started sleeping again, after 3mos of hell and sleeping maybe 2 hrs a night.
