I have been getting labs done every 2weeks for the past year. If you make an appointment you May have to wait for the people that came ahead of you. Just because you make an appointment doesn’t mean you will be seen at that time. I have never been seen at my schedule time. They are also a teaching hospital. So the person that you get to draw your blood is practicing on you. You can always say no and asked for experience tech.
Staff very professional and friendly. I had a short wait time this past time. Sometimes you may have a long wait.
The employees are great this isn't about them. Munson needs to hire more people. Don't expect the blood draw to be a quick walk in or even a moderate wait. Expect to wait over an hour and be very confused on where to go.
The wait for the lab was well over an hour with nothing for people waiting. No water, just a crowded room of people waiting. I wont ever come here for lab work again. Go somewhere else terrible experience. Sure people are nice but I dont appreciate this wait. 1s a little harsh, revised to 5 cuz every one is extra nice. I guess you can make an appointment so it's on me. Anyways.
Friendly staff, the wait time was really long.
