Staff very professional and friendly. I had a short wait time this past time. Sometimes you may have a long wait.
The employees are great this isn't about them. Munson needs to hire more people. Don't expect the blood draw to be a quick walk in or even a moderate wait. Expect to wait over an hour and be very confused on where to go.
The wait for the lab was well over an hour with nothing for people waiting. No water, just a crowded room of people waiting. I wont ever come here for lab work again. Go somewhere else terrible experience. Sure people are nice but I dont appreciate this wait. 1s a little harsh, revised to 5 cuz every one is extra nice. I guess you can make an appointment so it's on me. Anyways.
Friendly staff, the wait time was really long.
Showed up and everyone was helpful and friendly. Got my medical information updated and waited about 3 minutes to be called in. Sat down, blood drawn, cotton ball and tape, out the door. Had time left over to visit a client on the 2nd floor. Nice and clean as a hospital should be. No complaints!
