Very friendly and caring staff.wait was not very long.was treated poorly and in alot of pain at another medical facility before going to munsons emergency. Should have gone to munson to begin with.
On October 12, 2020, I sat in the waiting room for over 5 hours with severe abdominal pain and nausea and was never seen. I made several inquiries, and nursing staff told me I was a low priority, they did not have a room, and as long as anyone else with a higher priority came in I would be "bumped" down the list. I was in pain and cried. I had a serious problem and received no help. Staff's attitudes toward me was unsympathetic, uncaring, and then hostile.
